Restaurant Metamorphosis is located in a modern and confortable location inside the impressive Palazzo Mantegazza, right on the shore of the lake, just few minutes from the centre of Lugano. The location has been opened in March 2009 and still astonishes tourists and visitors. The Restaurant’s philosophy has always been of offering simple and natural products, transformed in particular and refined courses never forgetting passion and creativity. The cuisine boasts a culinary path that offers both a seasonal gourmet menu and a selection of the best quick and easy dishes. Both the proposals are able to satisfy different customers with their tasty, savoury and distinctive traits.
